To celebrate International Yoga Day, we successfully conducted a Chair Yoga Session in collaboration with HDFC Bank at our premises, reinforcing our commitment to fostering a healthier and more balanced workplace.
The interactive session brought together employees for an hour of guided chair yoga, mindful breathing, and gentle stretches specifically designed to alleviate the physical strain and mental fatigue associated with desk-based work. Since the exercises were performed while seated, the session was accessible to employees of all fitness levels, making wellness simple and inclusive.
